Customers must cover shipping costs for sending and receiving the item.
This service does not cover damages due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or accidents.

3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
We will review the case and provide possible repair options at our discretion.
